Hello and welcome to Smile Big Clothing.

My name is Chance Pronschinske, I am the proud founder of Smile Big Clothing. All of my life, I have tried to remain an optimist. But everybody knows that it is simply impossible to be happy all of the time, we experience life events that generate negative feelings. However, there are ways to brighten up each day that we are blessed to live. I’d like to give you a brief inside look at why and how I created this brand that means so much to me. 

The reason for creating the brand was actually quite simple. Throughout every single day, month, and year, there are going to be good times and bad times. I started to sense that the bad times were outnumbering the good times. I began to go through a lot of changes within a short period of time. Within a two-year span, I had suddenly lost one of my aunts whom I loved very much, my parents divorced, and I became the only child left at home as my two older brothers left for college. I was beginning to have more bad days than good days, at times, I felt hopeless. I wanted to create a sense of optimism and peace of mind for those around me and for myself. 

Clothing is arguably one of the most powerful vehicles to carry a message and mission. I created the smiley design that we now print on our Every Day T’s and I hit the ground running. I was extremely passionate about what I was doing, it allowed me to take my mind off of the negative experiences that I was going through. As time passed, I added more products to the shop. With more variety came even more support. I love creating comfortable products that bear inspirational messages. To see the impact that it has had on all of those that wear our clothing is truly incredible. Fast forward to today, we have Smile Big supporters in nearly all 50 states. The more we grow, the more differences we can make. I could not be more thankful for my Smile Big Family.
