If we receive your return within 30 days and it's approved, your refund will be sent to your original payment method. In order for you to receive your refund back to your original payment method, we must receive your items within 30 days of your order date. Please allow 14 days for us to process your refund.
If you paid via PayPal, your refund will be issued back to your PayPal account. If you paid with a credit or debit card, your refund will be issued back to your card. The time it will take for your refund to post to your bank account, PayPal account or credit card will vary.
Please note that your refund will appear as an individual credit for each item returned, so you may see multiple credits on your credit card/bank/PayPal statement if you are returning multiple items.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return and refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and not opened.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Sale items (if applicable): Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
How To Complete Your Return:

If you meet the requirements below, message us for our return form. Once the form is completed, you will receive a prepaid FedEx label and more instructions on proceeding with your exchange. (Return shipping is not free. A charge of $9.50 is automatically deducted from your item or items' return amount.)
Print out your prepaid label and return it with your items to the address listed on the left side of this page (address included on your prepaid FedEx label). Once items are received, we then process your exchange order. Please allow up to 15 days for us to receive and process your return.
