Shipping

All orders are processed within approximately 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday. Please note that all processing times are estimates and may be subject to change.

Once processed, orders are shipped via Standard Ground (unless an expedited service is chosen). Standard Ground is delivered within 2-7 business days to most U.S. locations; however, we've found that orders will arrive even sooner than that.

Shipping and handling costs may vary depending upon the rates offered by our shipping carriers and promotions we may run. Please check smilebigclothing.com for current shipping rates and/or any promotions we may be offering. 

The shipping methods offered during checkout will differ based on your shipping address and number of items being ordered.

The following information represents typical processing & shipping times for each of our shipping options.

STANDARD SHIPPING: 

• Processed & Shipped in 2-3 business days (M-F).

• Delivered 4-8 business days after shipping confirmation is received.

• Please allow an additional 4-5 business days when shipping to a P.O. box.

PRIORITY SHIPPING:

• Processed & Shipped within 48 hours.

• Delivered 2-4 business days after shipping confirmation is received.

• Orders placed with Priority Shipping will have priority processing over orders place with Standard Shipping.

• Please allow an additional 4-5 business days when shipping to a P.O. box.
